Candle Care Instructions
Never allow a candle to burn for more than 3-4 hours at a stretch. Burning a candle too long can lead to excessive heat and wick 'mushrooming'. Wick trimming is crucial for candle maintenance. Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch or 5mm before lighting and after every 4 hours of burning.
To light the candle, tilt it slightly and ensure the flame spreads across the entire wick.
Ensure the wax melts to the edges each time to avoid tunneling and do not burn for more than 3-4 hours consecutively.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always extinguish it before exiting the room.
Store candles out of children's and pets' reach to prevent mishaps.
Use a candle snuffer or lid to extinguish wood-wick candles. If the flame exceeds 15mm, put it out and let it cool.
Always place candles on a surface that can withstand heat to prevent damage.
